Budget Services & Supplies, LLC (Budget) is a premier national provider of facilities support services, fully licensed, bonded, insured and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified, with 30 years of project management and technical expertise in facilities maintenance.
Budget offers a wide range of facilities support services, including janitorial, grounds maintenance, and general construction services, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Headquartered in Indiana, our technical office is located in Kentucky, with a satellite office in Georgia. We currently operate in more than 100 location in nine states — servicing two million-plus square feet daily.
Our project history includes numerous Federal Government contracts ranging in value from $50,000 to over $3,000,000.
Our commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to support the mission and culture of our clients has launched our company as a leading provider of facility services to the Department of Defense. Our customer base also includes hospitals, clinics, academic institutions, commercial properties, and federal, state, local and municipal government buildings.
Recycling
Budget Services and Supplies works with each interested customer to monitor and adjust existing recycling and solid waste program to ensure the highest collection rate with lowest contamination rate. Budget can maintain the organization, placement and appearance of recyclables containers. We can pack and invitatory fluorescent bulbs for shipment. We spot check for hazardous material and yard waste in trash collections.

Budget Services and Supplies offers a wide range of facilities maintenance services.
Pest Control
Pest control services may include spraying chemical solutions, fumigating rooms and buildings using toxic gases or dusts powders. In addition, we place poisonous bait and mechanical traps where pests are present. As part of our grounds maintenance, we clean areas to deter pests.
Refuse and Trash Collection
Budget’s staff empties trash and garbage cans into appropriate containers. Outside, we pick up general refuse and trash from curbside and other areas. We can collect refuse on prescribed routes, and take refuse to the location where the refuse is stored. We will collect brush, green waste, and bulk items upon request; this includes driving a truck to the site, loading items onto the truck and driving the truck to and from the transfer station and service building.
Carpet Cleaning
Budget takes pride in our work, and that extends to your carpets. Budget’s staff will clean all carpeting according to manufacturer’s specifications, as needed or required, using steam cleaning or extraction methods to deep clean the carpets. We will furnish all materials and equipment necessary to correct the condition of the interior floor surfaces and all existing carpet in a building. We will use green products and supplies to clean carpets when requested.
Window Cleaning
Budget’s staff cleans windows, glass partitions, mirrors, and other glass surfaces of building interiors and exteriors. Ask us about cleaning high exterior windows.
Janitorial Services
Budget Services and Supplies began as a janitorial company. We keep our customers delighted by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and polishing floors; dusting, cleaning restrooms; providing supplies, and performing minor maintenance.
