Budget Services & Supplies, LLC (Budget) is a premier national provider of facilities support services, fully licensed, bonded, insured, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified.

 

Budget was launched in 1995, and has amassed 30 years of project management and technical expertise.

Budget is headquartered in Indiana, with a satellite office in Georgia. We have operated in more than 100 location in nine states — servicing two million-plus square feet daily. Our project history includes numerous federal government contracts ranging in value from $50,000 to over $3,000,000.

A commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to support the mission and culture of our clients has maintained Budget as a leading provider of facility services to the Department of Defense and other federal government agencies. Our customer base also includes hospitals, medical facilities, academic institutions, commercial properties, along with state and local governments.

Budget has significant expertise at large, highly visible and high-traffic facilities, and those with sensitive operations.

Willie Billingslea, Jr.

Willie Billingslea, Jr. is the owner and president of Budget Services and Supplies, LLC (Budget). He launched the company in 1995, while still in the US Marine Corps. He retired from military service one and half years after starting the company, and has worked full-time as its president since then. Willie served his nation in the Corps from 1977 to 1997.

Willie, along with Budget, has 30 years of experience in providing facilities maintenance, grounds maintenance and other services to federal agencies, state agencies, local agencies, healthcare facilities and other private sector companies. Willie is a service connected disabled veteran who manages all aspects of federal contract performance and compliance. He ensures 100% compliance with all company guidelines and contract terms, while monitoring expenditures, quality standards and positive customer relations.

Mr. Billingslea instills a commitment to excellence in his team. Willie lives by "what gets measured gets done." The emphasis that Willie places on quality spans a broad range of issues that affect contract performance. He sees his role as much more than defining financial targets; his primary focus is embedding performance standards that stretch companywide to achieve extraordinary results for our clients and our stellar reputation.

Mr. Billingslea has always worked under the belief that consistency and customer service are the keys to repeated success; therefore, the internal organizational controls start from the top. Willie is involved in the implementation plans for clients. He works with the key individuals from each customer to ensure that company controls are effectively implemented on all projects.

Budget began in Southern Indiana, and has remained active in the community. Mr. Billingslea is a graduate of Leadership Southern Indiana and a former board member of the nonprofit. The company is a member of the local chamber of commerce, One Southern Indiana.
